After having acknowledged that the cuts requested are made, for a total of 87 film meters, and provided that the film is prohibited to minors under 18, the Review Committee endorse the film public programming. By order of the Public Prosecutor of Catanzaro, the film is seized, because it is considered obscene and offensive to decency. The seizure is later filed by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Avellino, and the rollfilms are legitimately returned to the entitled people.
