After a troubled trial, the film is denied the authorization for public programming. The Review Committee reject the request, because the film is deemed to be offensive to public morality. Following the director’s refusal to modify some scenes, the Appeal Committee confirm the decision made by the First Instance Committee. The appeal to the Council of State will be dismissed, which will definitively condemn the film.
