Foreplay (Foreplay)

Direction: John G. Avildsen, Bruce Malmuth, Robert McCarty, Ralph Rosenblum

The film was initially rejected because considered as “detrimental to public institutions and offensive to the Head of the State, reaching a degree of repulsive filthiness”. The Appeal Committee granted the authorization to public screening provided that children 18 and younger would be restricted from viewing, and that some scenes would be cut. The interview to Pino Zac, author of the animated spot of the movie, is available in the section “Testimonials” of this Exhibition.
