The film is granted the issuance of the authorization for public screening, provided that numerous scenes are eliminated. Since the representative of the Interior Ministry hesitates, the film is reviewed by the Appeal Committee once again; the film is then deprived of other scenes. Among the enclosed documents is included the letter sent by the director in response to the Ministry’s appeal.
