The Review Committee agree, by majority, on the impossibility of granting the authorization “as the film in its entire inseparable context is undoubtedly offensive to morality”. The authorization for public screening is granted only on appeal, after a scene is removed and the film is prohibited to minors under 18. On the Second Edition, presented with 19 cuts for a total of 190 film meters, the age limit is reduced to 14 years.
