The request for film review, initially presented with the title “Violenza sull'ultimo treno della notte” (“Violence on the Last Night Train”), is rejected also on appeal; both Committees judge the film as seriously offensive to morality and public decency. The Second edition, presented with many changes, is authorized for public programming, but on condition that it is prohibited to minors under 18 and that some cuts are made.
