Morte di un amico (Death of a Friend)

Direction: Franco Rossi

The film is initially rejected because considered offensive to public decency and morality. The rejection arouses controversy and discontent in the Italian journalistic environment, as can be read in the press review attached to the file. The Appeal Committee accept the appeal and authorize the film programming, prohibiting it to minors under 16, and requesting the cut of a short scene. The presentation is authorized without any age limits, provided that two other short cuts are made. On the Second edition, presented with some small changes in 1998, the prohibition is revoked.
