The Committee authorize by majority the public screening of the film, prohibiting it to minors under 16, provided that numerous scenes are modified, as documented in the minutes; the representative of the Interior Ministry, instead, expresses his opposition to the issuance of the authorization, judging the film “offensive to decency and morality”, as well as to the institutions’ respectability and prestige. The Appeal Committee confirm the previous judgment and request another cut.
