In 1945 A.N.I.C.A. (Associazione Nazionale Industrie Cinematografiche ed Affini – National Association for Film and Audio-Visual Industries) rewrote the Film Industry Code, a handbook containing the guidelines for future film productions to safeguard the spectator’s moral sensibilities.
