The Review Committee deny the issuance of the authorization for this film realized with archive material, considering numerous sequences offensive to public decency and also because of the commentary. The Appeal Committee authorize the film public programming after some changes and cuts to the speaker’s text are made. The film is prohibited to minors under 18. The prohibition is revoked for the Second edition, on appeal. In the attached video, you can see the film cuts required by the Committee, as they are preserved at the Cineteca Nazionale (Rome).
