The Committee deny the issuance of the authorization, considering the film to be offensive to public morality and sexual decency. The Second edition, presented with some changes, is authorized without any age limits, but only after many scenes both in the film and in the presentation are eliminated. In the attached video, you can see the film cuts established by the Film Review Committee and preserved by the Cineteca Nazionale (Rome). As you may notice, some of them are silent, while in others a voice is heard in the background, prompting actors with their lines.
