The Review Committee expressed a favourable opinion for the public screening if the film, provided that many cuts would be made, and that children 18 and younger would be restricted from viewing; the same decision was confirmed at appeal. The 2nd Edition, presented with a number of changes, obtained a reduction of the age restriction to children 14 and younger, since “"the film, in its second edition, still presents scenes of sex, violence, torture and horror"”, that are inappropriate for the aforementioned children.
