Fiorina la vacca (Fiorina the Cow)

Direction: Vittorio De Sisti

The Committee by majority deny the issuance of the authorization, judging the film to be offensive to morality. The lawyers of the Production Company lodge an appeal and the film is granted the issuance of the authorization, provided that five scenes are removed and the film is prohibited to minors under 18. Upon release in cinemas, the film is seized by order of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Catanzaro, which defines it as “a festival of savage prostitution and wild nymphomania”. The Court of Latina files the case. On the Second edition, presented over twenty years later with many changes, the prohibition is revoked.
